Day 2: First Addition

Day 5: Shape and Coat
  1. On the final day, carefully shape the entire cheese mixture into a large ball. In a separate shallow dish, combine 1 cup chopped pecans, 0.5 cup fresh chopped parsley, and 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning.
  2. Roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until it is evenly covered on all sides. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the cheese ball to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before serving, as this will enhance its spreadability and flavor. You can also customize the coating with other nuts, seeds, or spices based on your preference. Serve with crackers, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.
