- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much excess water as possible; then drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, prepared spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts.
- Transfer the mixture into a suitable baking dish and evenly sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese topping is golden brown, then serve warm.
Notes
This dip is best served warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers.
