Preparation
- Boil the diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, then drain and let them cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled potatoes, chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl, then gently fold until all ingredients are well combined.
Serving
- Chill the potato salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra fresh dill if desired.
Notes
