Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 3 minutes, then flip the chicken and roast for another 2 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before roasting. Adjust herbs and spices to your preference.
