Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Avoid browning the garlic.
  3. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Do not overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.

Notes
