Burger Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed, then form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Cooking Burgers
- Place chicken patties in the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble and Serve

Notes
