Ingredients
  

Chicken Burger
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 cheese slices optional
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

Method
 

Burger Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed, then form the mixture into four equal patties.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Cooking Burgers
  1. Place chicken patties in the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble and Serve
  1. Lightly toast burger buns, then assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your cooked chicken patty.
  2. Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a spoonful of Dijon mustard to the chicken mixture. You can also customize toppings with pickles, onions, or your favorite sauce.
