- Combine diced tomatoes, diced white onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño (if using), and fresh lime juice in a bowl.
- Season with salt and gently toss.
Guacamole (Avocado "Growth")
- Mash ripe avocados in a separate bowl.
