Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into five equal portions and roll each portion into a smooth, round meatball.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the meatballs in the hot skillet and brown them on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or as part of a meal.
Notes
Do not overmix the meatball mixture, as this can make the meatballs tough. For extra flavor, you can add finely chopped fresh parsley or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
