Berry Blast Overnight Oats
  • 1 serving basic overnight oats base
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
  • 1 serving basic overnight oats base
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Method
 

Basic Overnight Oats
  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and optional sweetener in a jar or container.
Berry Blast Overnight Oats
  1. To the basic overnight oats base, add mixed berries and vanilla extract, then stir to combine.
Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
  1. To the basic overnight oats base, add peanut butter, sliced banana, and optional cinnamon, then stir to combine.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Cover each container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  2. In the morning, stir well and enjoy your healthy breakfast.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness and consistency to your liking by adding more or less milk or sweetener. Feel free to experiment with other toppings like nuts, seeds, or other fruits.
