Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Prepare your chosen proteins (chicken, turkey, shrimp, salmon, or pork) by trimming any excess fat and cutting into适当大小 pieces if necessary.
- In separate bowls, marinate your proteins; for instance, coat chicken with sugar-free BBQ sauce, or toss shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grilling
- Place the marinated proteins on the preheated grill. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, turkey for 5-7 minutes per side, shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, salmon for 4-6 minutes per side, and pork tenderloin for 15-20 minutes total, rotating frequently.
- While the proteins are grilling, prepare your vegetables. Slice bell peppers, onions, and zucchini, then lightly brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender-crisp and have nice grill marks. Grill corn on the cob directly on the grates for 10-15 minutes, rotating until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Serving
- Once all proteins and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill.
- Serve immediately, combining different proteins and vegetables for a varied and delicious high-protein BBQ meal. You can also mix and match to create different healthy BBQ bowls.
Notes
For diverse flavors, experiment with different sugar-free marinades and rubs. Always ensure that poultry and pork are cooked to their safe internal temperatures. You can easily adjust the portion sizes of proteins and vegetables based on your dietary needs. This set of recipes is designed for flexibility, allowing you to choose your favorite high-protein and vegetable combinations each time.
