  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cooking
  1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix, as lumps are okay.
  2. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it if necessary.
  3. Pour about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron, close the lid, and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the cooked waffle and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve immediately.
