  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
