Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and clean the grates thoroughly.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Lemon Herb Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped fresh dill and parsley.
  2. Add olive oil and the juice of half a lemon to the herbs, then mix well.
Grilling the Salmon
  1. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture.
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
