Forming Patties
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and gently form them into patties, making sure they are about 1 inch thick.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat; place the turkey patties in the hot skillet.
Flipping and Finishing
- Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the patties are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Serve the cooked turkey burgers immediately on whole wheat buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
