  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling to prevent burning.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring even spacing.
  3. Grill the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, rotating until all sides are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
