Cooking
- Place chicken in the skillet, searing for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet, then add lemon juice and fresh parsley to the remaining butter and garlic in the skillet to create a sauce.
Serving
- Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the cooked chicken thighs and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in a little olive oil and herbs before cooking. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a bit of heat.
