  1. First, wash and zest two large lemons, being careful to only get the yellow part of the rind, then set the zest aside.
  2. Next, cut all four lemons in half and juice them into a bowl, making sure to remove any seeds.
  3. Then, pour the lemon juice into a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and all the ice.
  4. Finally, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, then serve immediately garnished with the reserved lemon zest.

Notes

For an extra tangy kick, you can add a small amount of fresh ginger to the blender. Adjust the amount of ice to achieve your desired consistency; for a thicker lemonade, use more ice, and for a thinner consistency, use less. You can also vary the sweetness by adjusting the amount of sweetened condensed milk, adding more for a sweeter drink or less for a tartier flavor.
