  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup cold unsalted butter cut into small cubes
  • 0.25 cup ice water
For the Filling
  • 4 peaches sliced
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar

Method
 

Make the Crust

  4. Form the dough into a disk, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
