Filling
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Combine flour and butter in a bowl until crumbly, then add ice water to form a dough.

  1. Whisk together pumpkin puree, condensed milk, egg yolk, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
