- Gradually add the cold buttermilk, mixing until just combined and a shaggy dough forms.
Baking
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, gently pat it into a 1-inch thick rectangle, and cut out 7 biscuits using a round cutter.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
