Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts into strips and season with Cajun seasoning.
- Chop the bell pepper, onion, and mince the garlic.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, bringing the sauce to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning. You can also add some chopped fresh parsley at the end for garnish.
