  • 15 ounces cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8.5 ounces cornbread mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Stir in the cornbread mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
