Method
 

Method 1: Classic Layered Lasagna
  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large pan; drain any excess fat and stir in marinara sauce.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture in a baking dish, repeating layers and topping with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Method 2: One-Pan Lasagna Skillet
  1. Brown Italian sausage in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add diced tomatoes and broken lasagna noodles to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  3. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender.
