Instructions
  1. Combine the diced processed cheese and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir them together over low heat until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
  2. Add the undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies, ground cumin, chili powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Continue cooking over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dip is heated through and bubbling gently. Serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips or dippers.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. This dip is best served warm; if it cools and thickens, gently reheat with a splash of milk.
