Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Beat in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into 3 equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, then flatten each with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.

Notes
