Grilled Peaches with Honey

These grilled peaches with honey are a simple and delicious dessert. Grilling brings out the sweetness of the peaches, making them a perfect summer treat.

  • 5 medium peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully slice each peach in half and remove the pit. You can also brush the cut sides with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the peach halves, cut side down, directly on the preheated grill.
  4. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened. Be careful not to overcook them.
  5. Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle generously with honey and serve immediately, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or a few chopped nuts after grilling.
