- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Carefully slice each peach in half and remove the pit. You can also brush the cut sides with a little oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the peach halves, cut side down, directly on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened. Be careful not to overcook them.
- Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Drizzle generously with honey and serve immediately, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or a few chopped nuts after grilling.
