Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or spraying with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, chopped fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Pat the turkey tenderloins dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear, then generously rub the herb mixture all over the tenderloins, ensuring even coating.
- Place the seasoned turkey tenderloins on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving; this allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the turkey moist.
Notes
For extra flavor and tenderness, you can marinate the turkey tenderloin in the herb mixture for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, in the refrigerator before roasting.
