Preparation
  1. Cook the chicken breasts by grilling, baking, or pan-frying until fully cooked and no longer pink inside; then, let them rest before slicing or shredding.
  2. Prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cooked chicken.
  2. Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the lettuce and chicken, then toss gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  3. Add the croutons to the salad and toss once more just before serving to maintain their crispness.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or chives to your salad. You can also customize your salad with other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or cucumbers. Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
