Cereal Mixture
  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
Seasoning
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and combine the cereals, pretzels, and nuts in a large roasting pan.

Baking
  1. Pour the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the cereal mixture in the roasting pan and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  2. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
Cooling
  1. Remove the Chex Mix from the oven and spread it onto paper towels or parchment paper to cool completely.
