Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil mixture over each fillet.
  2. Arrange lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
