Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
For the Tacos
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 lime wedges

Method
 

Marinate the Shrimp
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
Preheat Grill
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the Shrimp
  1. Place the marinated shrimp directly on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Warm Tortillas & Assemble Tacos
  1. While the shrimp are grilling, warm the tortillas on the grill or in a microwave. Assemble the tacos by placing a few grilled shrimp in each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, diced avocado, salsa, and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp marinade. You can also use other toppings like pickled red onions or a drizzle of crema.
