  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups fried pickles, crushed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of the crushed fried pickles and the shredded Cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed fried pickles. Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can use spicy fried pickles. You can also bake the dip for 15-20 minutes at 350°F (175°C) for a warm and bubbly version.
