Preparation & Marinating
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Add the cubed beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for richer flavor.
Assemble Kabobs
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes alternately onto the skewers until all ingredients are used.
Cook the Kabobs
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or broiler to high. Cook the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp. Alternatively, you can bake them at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Serve
- Remove the kabobs from the grill or broiler and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes, such as rice or a fresh salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding mushrooms or zucchini to your kabobs. Adjust cooking time based on your preferred beef doneness. Be careful not to overcrowd the skewers for even cooking.
