  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets, skin on or off 6 oz/170g each
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Dried dill
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Arrange salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and spoon the garlic-herb mixture evenly over each fillet.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, ensure your salmon fillets are roughly the same thickness to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
