  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • cooked rice for serving

Preparation
  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and chop any large vegetables if necessary.
Cooking the Stir Fry
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  3. Add the mixed stir-fry vegetables to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Finishing Touches
  1. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables, tossing to coat everything evenly.
  2. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  3. Serve the chicken stir-fry immediately over cooked rice and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in a tablespoon of the sauce for 15 minutes before cooking. You can also add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds before serving for added crunch and aroma.
